Britney Spears' attorney files petition to remove her father from overseeing her medical decisions

Britney Spears is requesting to remove Jamie Spears as her conservatorship. After Jamie overseeing all of Britney's medical and financial decisions for the last 15 years, Britney is filing a petition to oversee the court's decision of having Jamie Spears in charge of Britney's health to replace Jodi Montgomery.
